Elite Goalkeeping is a specialist Academy where young and developing goalkeepers can learn and acquire the skills of goalkeeping as well as the physical and mental attributes necessary to perform at an elite level. The program was developed in 1996 by John Crawley , a nationally recognised and accredited coach and former national and international player.

The core values of Elite Goalkeeping are founded on the following objectives;

• to assess and enhance the basic skill levels of each participant
  
  
• to incorporate new ideas and techniques now in vogue with Youth Goalkeeping Coaching Programs and practiced by many elite goalkeepers in Europe and South America
  
  
• to introduce and foster a psychological approach to performance by each participant

Elite goalkeeping currently offers programs in 3 different venues across the Sydney metropolitan area and central coast , SCORE school holiday camps, private tuition , senior development program and goalkeeping instructor mentoring programs . EGK also works in conjunction with Central Coast Mariners, Westfields Sports High, Soccer NSW and private schools throughout the Sydney metropolitan area .

Our outstanding results are reflected by the success of our previous students which include Paul Henderson ( Leicester City ), Adam Federici (Reading FC), Andrew Redmayne (Central Coast Mariners, Under 20 Australian national team representative), Danny Vukovic (Central Coast Mariners, Under 23 Australian national team representative), Cassandra Kell (Australian women's national team - World Cup & Olympic games representative) .
